Tisheila Justice, LCSW

Are you ready to learn how to take care of yourself as well as you take care of others?

I’m a trauma therapist specializing in maternal/perinatal mental health, women's health issues, chronic illness, infertility, life transitions, anxiety, pregnancy, military and veteran issues, childhood trauma, birth trauma, parenting issues, and adoption trauma. I show up to each session as my authentic self because I know it is important for you to trust and relate to your therapist. I also want to break the myth that any person is perfect or immune to triggers. Living life after trauma is really hard! Let’s build your coping strategies, improve the way you navigate relationships, and break cycles.

I created Growth and Wellness so that I can help the traumatized, perfectionist, anxiety-driven woman take back her life.

Trauma has a way of stunting our growth and destroying every relationship we care about. I want to help women break patterns that are preventing them from being the person and mother that they want to be. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer individual therapy to help you create the life you want and stop trauma from interfering. I am highly trained in several therapeutic modalities and I tailor my approach specifically to you. Every person has their own story and identity, I know that you don’t want a “cookie cutter approach” for your trauma.

Meet  Tisheila

I am trained in multiple cognitive and somatic therapies to help treat trauma and help improve the mind body connection. In my professional career, I've done a lot of different things besides being a therapist.
